Refund & Return
At S’ LINE your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you purchase from our clothing and accessories collection. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused unworn unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.
To start a return please contact our support team with your order details. Once your request is approved you will receive simple instructions on how to send the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect the returned product we will process your refund within a few business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.
